Smoothie of the day. An awesome vitamin packed smoothie to get that “up-N-at’em”. The Cantaloupe and coconut water are the most prominent flavors with hints of kiwi and blueberry.
1 1/2 c frozen Cantaloupe, diced
1 frozen kiwi, peeled and sliced
1/4 c frozen Blueberries
1/4 c frozen kale
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 2/3 c coconut water
Transfer everything to a blender and puré until smooth.
