

Since the weather changed, and it’s become a bit cold, I regrettably laid off the smoothies. Long story short, body aching, cravings back. Decided to take a course on teaching yoga. Want to feel better before I throw myself in. Back to the smoothies. Hope you like this one because it is awesome!
1 c pineapple diced and frozen
1/3 c kiwi peeled, sliced and frozen kiwi
3 med strawberries hulled and frozen
1/2 tsp açai Maqui powder
1 c orange juice
Combine all ingredients in your smoothie maker and puré until smooth. Transfer to your favorite smoothie cup and voila!
