
I finally decided to reconstitute some of the dried goji berries I’ve had in the pantry and do something with them. I tossed a few into my blender with strawberries, carrots, peaches, oj and voila! A perfect lunch for the hungry dieter.
1/4 c shredded Carrots
1 c frozen diced Peaches
3 medium frozen Strawberries
2 tbs reconstituted Goji berries
1 ½ c Orange juice
Add everything to your blender and puré until smooth. Enjoy!
