Almost every year, when the cranberries are in season, I usually stock up, freezing as much as I can. Not only do I use them to make sauces throughout the year but, I also like to snack on frozen cranberries. They have an amazing amount of antioxidants and very low in calories and sugar. This is one of my favorite smoothies.

1 1/2 c frozen blueberries
6 frozen cranberries
1/4 c frozen Spinach
1 frozen date, pitted and diced
1/2 c whole walnuts
1/2 tbs hemp seeds
1 tsp Acai Maqui bowl powder
1 2/3 c orange juice
Transfer everything to a blender and puré until smooth.
