Being that the grapefruit tree has been doing well this year, I decided to utilize some of the grapefruits and put this smoothie together. (My life on a diet 🙄) If you’re trying to avoid added sugar, you can absolutely omit the honey and keep the notes of grapefruit throughout.
2/3 c grapefruit sections (1/2 grapefruit and juice)
2 tbs grapefruit juice
7 frozen strawberries, hulled
1 c frozen peaches
5 frozen blackberries
2 tsp wild honey 1 2/3 c orange juice
Transfer everything to the blender, puré and voila!
