When I woke up Friday morning, I wasn’t really in the mood for a berry smoothie but, I wasn’t that hungry either. I decided to put together a green smoothie to cut out any cravings that might try and creep up that morning. I was pleasantly surprised when it came out pretty good.

5 frozen green grapes
1 frozen rib celery, diced
1/4 c frozen bananas
1 frozen date, diced
3 frozen blackberries
1 tbs crushed pecans
1/2 tsp matcha
1 1/2 c packed greenleaf
2 c orange juice
Toss everything into your blender and you have a healthy smoothies right at your fingertips.
