
A perfect smoothie to go with this tropical weather we’re having over here. Easy as pie and the piña colada flavor really comes through.

1/2 frozen banana, sliced
1 1/2 c frozen pineapple chunks
1/4 c packed sweetened coconut flakes
6 walnuts
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 2/3 c coconut water
Transfer everything to your blender and puré until smooth. You can add a little extra hemp over the top.
