Although it’s a little work, I love making whipped cream. There are endless possibilities to what you can add and make it your own creation. Try a little pureed strawberries or chocolate cherries, break up some chocolate mint patties or peanut butter chips and pipe it onto a peanut butter cream pie.
1 c heavy cream
3 tbs white granulated sugar
Juice of 1 lime
Zest of 2 limes
Using a hand mixer, combine cream and sugar in a bowl. Add juice and lime zest. Mix well. Chill until ready to use.
