Desired amount of crostini, store bought (or slice up your own baguette, brush w olive oil and toast in the oven.) 3/4 tbs fig jam per crostini 1 tbs Stilton cheese per ½ slice prosciutto per 2 leaves arugula per
To assemble, spread your jam onto each crostini. Sprinkle with the Stilton. Swirl the ½ piece of prosciutto around on the top, sort of creating a rose-type look. Finally, top with your 2 leaves of peppery tasting arugula and there you have it. Super simple crostini with immense flavor.
