
The perfect mid-day snack or appetizer at your favorite wine party.
1 slice Italian Batard
¼ c gorgonzola cheese crumbles
½ fresh nectarine, sliced thin
1 tsp local honey
½ tbs hemp seeds
Sprinkle of matcha for color
Toast Batard til crispy. Remove from toaster and top with gorgonzola cheese crumbles and toast under broiler for about 1-2 minutes or until cheese has melted. Layer nectarine slices over the top. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with hemp seeds. Top with a tiny sprinkle of matcha for color and Voila!
