I am really into sauces and this is no exception. This is merely a double recipe from my Shredded Pork Sandwich recipe . I use this sauce on smoked meats and roasted hams. You can also use is to create an amazing mustard-thyme sauce for chicken.
2 ½ c prepared yellow mustard
¼ c apple cider vinegar
1 tbs worschester
½ tbs hot sauce
⅔ c honey
Transfer everything to a bowl and whisk well. Pour into a Mason jar and refrigerate.
